Track & Trace code 

As soon as your package arrives at DHL, you will automatically receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 18:00 will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Netherlands). Ordered over the weekend, after 16:00 or on holidays? We use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. All packages shipped within NL & BE are shipped with DHL.

Shipping to another country

Delivery abroad is possible. Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. For countries outside Europe the delivery time is at least one week. 

Import duties & taxes

You are responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. MinervaTheLabel has no control over these costs and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and duties vary greatly from country to country.

Missing shipment

If you have not received your package, please contact us via email. We will open a case and start an investigation at DHL. This can take up to 6 business days. Depending on the outcome, we will communicate about an appropriate solution.

Return policy

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Items must be returned to us in unworn and unwashed condition, fit for resale with tags still attached and packaged in original packaging!

If you return products that are not acceptable for resale, we will not be able to accept the returned products and will not be able to refund you.

Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable. When returning, the cost are for yourself. We do not reimburse the shipping costs.

If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will immediately get started. This way we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

You can find your #ordernumber in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five digit code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. Of course we will be happy to resolve this with you. Send a message to with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Remember to deliver your return within 14 days before the return period expires. Ask our customer service about the possibilities.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receipt of your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 14 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 14 working days will start. You will be notified after the refund has been made. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
