Shipping policy

*Possible delays due to external factors, holidays or sell-out periods may result in longer delivery time of your package. This is beyond our control.

Track & Trace code
As soon as your package arrives at DHL, you will automatically receive a track & trace code to follow your package. 

If you have not received a track and trace code, this may be due to an error in the system or a delay at DHL. Please contact us via e-mail: (info.minervathelabel@gmail.com).

Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Netherlands). Ordered over the weekend, after 16:00 or on holidays? We use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. All packages shipped within NL & BE are shipped with DHL.

Shipping to another country
Delivery abroad is possible. Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. For countries outside Europe the delivery time is at least one week.

Import duties & taxes
You are responsible for the payment of any import duties or taxes. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. MinervaTheLabel has no control over these costs and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and duties vary greatly from country to country.

Missing shipment
If you have not received your package, please contact us via email. We will open a case and start an investigation at DHL. This can take up to 6 business days. Depending on the outcome, we will communicate about an appropriate solution.
